Heidy Linnette Torres Jimenez is a Bilingual Associate Attorney with Palumbo Law admitted to practice in Puerto Rico. Heidy has a Bachelor Degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico. Completed her Juris Doctor from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, School of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. While studying, she received an Academic Dean Scholarship from Law School’s Honor Program and was an active member of the Student Federal Bar Association and the International Law Student Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Torres Jimenez worked as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Justice Edward Godoy in the Puerto Rico Federal Court gaining significant experience related to Bankruptcy Law. Heidy, worked as an Intern in the District Prosecutor’s Office of Guayama, Puerto Rico, acquiring experience related to Criminal Law. Made her Pro Bono Hours in the Puerto Rico Legal Services Office, focusing her practice mainly in Civil Law, Adverse Possession Matters and Boundary Disputes. While living in Puerto Rico, Attorney Torres Jimenez did her Legal Practice working mainly with Family Law Matters, Landlord/Tenant Disputes and Possession Matters.
