Nicole M. Labonte, Associate Attorney

Nicole M. Labonte, Esq., is an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Richard Palumbo, LLC.  Nicole concentrates her legal practice in the areas of landlord/tenant disputes, quiet title actions, boundary disputes, commercial and residential real estate, partition actions, business law, probate and estates, and general litigation.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Richard Palumbo, LLC, Nicole worked as a law clerk to the Honorable (now Chief) Justice Paul A. Suttell in the Rhode Island Supreme Court and gained significant legal experience litigating real estate, business, and contractual disputes as an associate for other notable law firms.  Before clerking, Nicole graduated cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she was an Articles Editor for the Law Review.  In 2001, Nicole graduated magna cum laude and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University.

Nicole is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island and U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
