Nicole M. Labonte, Esq., is a senior associate attorney with PALUMBO LAW.  Nicole concentrates her legal practice in the areas of fire loss, water and property damage litigation; quiet title actions, boundary disputes, adverse possession matters, commercial and residential real estate, partition actions, business law, probate, trust litigation, landlord/tenant disputes and complex civil litigation.

Prior to joining  PALUMBO LAW, Nicole worked as a law clerk to the Honorable (now Chief) Justice Paul A. Suttell in the Rhode Island Supreme Court and gained significant legal experience litigating real estate, business, and contractual disputes as an associate for other notable law firms.  Before clerking, Nicole graduated cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she was an Articles Editor for the Law Review.  In 2001, Nicole graduated magna cum laude and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University.

Nicole is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island and U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
